The campsite is sheltered by the surrounding woods and is ideal for families and small groups looking for a quiet and basic campsite.

 We are open from Easter (weather permitting) to October end.

Facilities include water tap, recycling bins, waste disposal, the farm shop and a unisex toilet/shower block with two toilets and two showers flushed with stored rainwater(shower is £1 for 10 mins, 20p for 2mins).  We do NOT have washing up facilities, hot water tap or electricity for shavers/hairdriers etc.

 Camping is £4 per person(14yrs+), £2 per child(4 – 14yrs), children under 4yrs – free, £1 per dog and £2 per vehicle per night. 

Arrival/departure time is 12 noon . 

Last days of the season

Please Note: Our campsite is aimed at families and walkers mainly, in light of this please be aware of the following points: 

  • Booking is essential at School holidays and Bank holidays.
  • The farm shop sells our eggs, fair trade snacks, drinks, ices and maps.
  • Dogs are welcomed, but must be on a lead at all times.
  • We do not cater for caravans/large motorhomes or have electric hook-up points.
  • BBQs  raised off the grass, on the blocks, are fine, however NO OTHER FIRES OR FIREWORKS ARE ALLOWED.
  • Please do not climb on or remove any stone from walls.
  • Loud music is not welcome on this quiet site.
  • We are not a late night noisy party venue.
  • We are not an appropriate venue for a party or single-sex large groups.
  • Gazebos and excessively large tents are not suitable especially at busy times.
